THE PROJECT
Construction of a Poultry Processing Plant consisting of:
Circa 38,936m2 of Gross Floor Area providing for storage, processing, chilling, cold store, and distribution facilities.
1,600m2 workshop and store building.
3,791m2 of ancillary administration and staff amenities.
Expanded Wastewater Treatment Plant.
Construction of a new access driveway via an easement connecting to Armstrong Street via Workshop Lane.
Construction of a new staff car parking area providing 820 car parking spaces.

THE ROLE
Support project and site manager through project coordination & monitoring subcontractor delivery and activities.
Managing and resolving detailed design and providing technical input to design and construction.
Program preparation and administration.
Execution of site-based cost, quality assurance & environmental controls and associated inspections and reporting.
Help advocate high levels and initiatives of Health & Safety.
ABOUT YOU
Relevant building and tertiary qualifications.
Proven industry experience on complex projects.
The ability to report accurately & directly to the PM on the operational and financial success of the projects.
Proven experience managing subcontractors with programming, supervision, and contracts administration.
Strong negotiating skills to implement contracts with subcontractors and suppliers to satisfy budgets, quality, safety, and time requirements.
