Position Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Senior Project Engineer to join their team in NSW. This position offers a unique opportunity for a dedicated individual to grow their career within a well-established renewables organization at the forefront of the energy transition. As a Project Engineer, you will have the chance to work on exciting projects, gain valuable experience, and receive mentorship from experienced professionals within the renewables space.
Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with project managers and senior engineers to support the successful execution of engineering projects.Prepare and maintain project documentation, including technical reports, plans, and specifications.Assist in ensuring that all project activities comply with quality standards, industry regulations, and client requirements.Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members.Participate in identifying and resolving project-related issues and challenges, contributing innovative solutions.Analyze project data and performance metrics to track progress and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.Actively engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to enhance your engineering skills.Promote a culture of safety within the team and adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in engineering software and tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.) is a plus.Eagerness to learn and grow within the engineering field, with aspirations to move into project management. #J-18808-Ljbffr
