Industry leading Tier 1 builder are looking for a Senior Project Engineer for a $350m project in Regional NSW.The company undertake projects in a variety of sectors up to $500m.This is a permanent long term hire not just for the duration of this project - they will have a variety of future exciting projects to offer you once this has been completed.Responsibilities:Oversee and manage engineering aspects of the project, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditionsEstablish and manage organised documentation control systems, including contracts, correspondences, and project recordsAssist in the preparation and evaluation of contractual claims and variationsGenerate regular reports on project financials, emphasising key performance indicators and potential risksFoster effective communication and collaboration with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure contractual obligations are metWork in tandem with project management and other departments to facilitate smooth project operationsRequirements:Proven experience as a Senior Project Engineer on projects ranging between $30 million and $100 millionBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field5+ years of experience in project engineering within the construction industryExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectivelyDetail-oriented with an analytical mindsetReliable referencesIf you feel this is the job for you please get in touch with Alex Mitchell: 0449991120 / ****** or click apply.#J-18808-Ljbffr
