That's the #powerofexperience.About the roleWe are currently seeking a Track/Civil Senior Project Engineer to join our Rail Operations hub based in Laverton North, VIC. Rail Operations is an internal Business Unit within Laing O'Rourke, specialising in the self-delivery of all aspects of rail construction (Track, OHW, Civil & CSR), working with a highly experienced team of technical experts to deliver a high portfolio of work across Victoria.Key responsibilitiesTracking costs and managing subcontractors.Excellent communication skills at all levels.Your skill set will be both in pre-delivery and delivery of major infrastructure projects.You will provide leadership and direction to direct reports as well as interfacing with design management and construction delivery teams.Uphold and promote the highest of Health and Safety standards.About youYou will have experience delivering large-scale infrastructure projects in rail & associated infrastructure, ideally having worked in a tier 1 setting. Leadership skills are essential for the role.
