They are a growing business and have increased its staff by 50% in the last 6 months.Key Criteria:A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant tertiary education.Preferably 7+ years of experience in a construction/engineering environment, with relevant construction experience across earthworks, groundworks, edging, retaining walls, and concreting.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to evaluate and program actions effectively.Demonstrated ability to foster collaborative work relationships and communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.Proficiency in planning, scheduling, and organizing work tasks, with high attention to detail.Working knowledge of HS&E requirements and their implementation on-site.Ability to have flexibility on roster and location of project; some shuts will happen on Saturdays and some overnight works may be required.About Us:Fetch Recruitment is an Australian-owned recruitment consultancy, specialising in delivering customised recruitment solutions within the construction, property, engineering, and office support industries.
