Senior Project Engineer - Npi

Senior Project Engineer - NPI Role Responsibilities:Manage multi-disciplinary projects or larger single-discipline scopes through all project phases, coordinating engineering activities to ensure safe, efficient, cost-effective, and timely project execution.
Act as the primary technical interface with clients to meet their expectations and ensure project alignment with the approved Basis of Design, regulatory standards, and code requirements.Contribute to and develop project execution plans and strategies.
Demonstrate full commitment to health and safety, providing leadership to uphold safety standards within the project team.
Participate in Constructability, Operability, and Maintainability workshops.Lead, motivate, and monitor team performance, ensuring high quality and timely task completion, and addressing any performance gaps.
Apply comprehensive project knowledge (engineering, procurement, quality control, etc.)
to guide project execution.
Possess knowledge of procurement, subcontracting, and on-site construction support.Track and analyze project design deliverables, quantities, costs, and schedules, forecasting trends as needed.
Manage project execution and coordination, using reviews and controls to track progress and developing action plans for tasks and issues.Understand Project Control Reports, identify problem areas, and take a leadership role in preparing and presenting proposals and reports to stakeholders.What You'll Have:Ability to make independent decisions and prioritize complex situations with regard to cost and schedule impacts.Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint, with organizational skills to manage information in prescribed formats and policies.Skills in Microsoft Access and Visio.Experience with EPCM, EPC environments, including multicultural and multinational settings and site assignments.Extensive engineering experience, including supervisory, project management, and technical roles; workshare and E/EP project experience.Strong technical, practical, and leadership background in relevant disciplines, with proven project engineering experience on smaller projects and commercial and contractual familiarity.A recognized engineering degree in the relevant discipline (or equivalent).For more information on the role, the client or the project please click 'APPLY' or contact Cady Harrison at 0499 390 495 or email ******.
