Senior Project Engineer Discover Your Next Role As a Senior Project Engineer within our Cane Supply and Transport team, you'll take the lead on impactful capital projects, drive operational improvements, and manage major maintenance initiatives.
With a primary focus on railways and civil projects, you'll play a vital role in shaping Wilmar's cane railway assets and infrastructure to meet evolving business needs.
From initial planning to project delivery, you'll ensure quality, safety, and efficiency, making a tangible difference in the region's essential operations.
This position can be based at any of our 8 Mill sites in Northern Queensland spanning from Sarina to Ingham.

Your Winning Combination We're looking for someone with tertiary qualifications in a relevant Engineering discipline, or equivalent practical experience, to join our team.
You'll have a strong background in project management within a heavy industrial environment, with experience leading multi-disciplined projects.
While not essential, experience or knowledge of railway infrastructure and operations would be a valuable asset.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are a must, along with a commitment to continuous improvement and safety.
