Come and join us in building the infrastructure our planet needs to achieve a sustainable future.The Opportunity:The Senior Project Engineer supports the Construction Manager in achieving safe, timely, and high-quality project completion within budget. Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will oversee planning, execution, and closure, ensuring contractual profitability and obligations are met.Key accountabilities:Ensure the works are delivered to overall program cost & time with resources needed leading to a high level of client satisfaction.Identify and assess risk to the works as well as implementing strategies to mitigate risk.Use your technical skills to resolve design challenges and identify value engineering opportunities.Cost and forecast control to assist the managers with strategic planning.Lead, develop and manage teams on the ground.Build effective and collaborative relationships to coordinate activities with supervisors.Maintain quality, environmental, and safety systems across the project.Skills & Experience:A degree in civil engineering or similar.Extensive site experience and demonstrated experience managing teams.Ability to manage and develop long-term programs as well as display a high level of competency around contracts, cost forecasting, and management of a large team of engineers.Advanced communication skills and an ability to build and maintain relationships with a broad range of subcontractors, local authorities, internal staff, and client representatives.If you feel like you meet some or all of the above - Apply Now!We are committed to fostering an inclusive environment where all voices are heard and valued.
