We are self-performers who have been doing this for more than forty years and take immense pride in the work we produce and the long-standing relationships we build.WHAT WE OFFERCompetitive remunerationMetro project - spend more time at homeLong-term permanent employment with career growth and progressionDiscounted Private Health – HBF & MedibankAnnual FLU Vac'sNovated Lease via PaywiseService RecognitionEmployee Referral ProgramEmployee Assistance Program (EAP) for you and your familyABOUT THE ROLEWe are proud of the work we produce and the long-standing relationships we build and are now looking for a Senior Project Engineer to be part of our Coxs River Road Project to help deliver civil and earthworks packages, structures and underground services.Other key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Your role:Oversee project delivery activities including quality and safety.Manage month-end reporting and cost forecasting.Provide technical support to onsite supervision.Oversee and manage your procurement, plant, equipment, and resources.Conduct short and medium-term planning relating to overall progress.Ensure overall quality management including all necessary documentation.Lead and support a small team of developing project and site engineers.Assist and support various commercial activities including scope development, procurement and ongoing head and subcontract commercial management activities.Your background:A Senior Project Engineer with experience in transport/infrastructure projects.Experience across multiple construction disciplines (earthworks, concrete, piping, electrical, drainage).Experience across multiple management disciplines (technical, project controls, commercials, QAQC, HSE, procurement).Enjoys managing and mentoring other engineers.At Ertech we lay a foundation centred around core values, positive interactions, and a good culture where our leaders stay connected to employees.
