Apply now Job no: 498508 Work type: Full time Location: Perth, Pilbara Categories: Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Aerison is a broad-based engineering design and construction company self-performing multi-disciplined EPC, engineering and design, construction and maintenance services to various industries and clients across Australia.YOUR IMPACT: We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer on a full-time basis primarily working from our corporate offices located on Adelaide Terrace, Perth - with ad-hoc travel to site.This role will see you delivering engineer design projects across a range of disciplines, clients and industries.Provide support to the Project Manager in a wide variety of activities.Liaise with clients to confirm scope of work, timing and other critical requirements.Create schedules, estimates, proposals, deliverables lists, and other documentation.Coordinate personnel and activities during engineering design project execution.Perform a wide variety of project activities such as inspections; creating and checking reports, risk assessments, and other project deliverables; and client and internal liaison.Coordinate Safety in Design (SID) objectives and monitor related activities.Perform discipline engineering activities and checks within your competencies as required from time to time.Monitor compliance to the project scope, schedule, cost, quality, and other areas. Raise project risks, trends, and potential changes with the Project Manager.Project reporting including updates to the project schedule, estimate to complete/at completion, client progress reports, deliverables lists and other documentation.Coordinate invoicing and project financial updates through liaison with project administration and accounting teams.WHO YOU ARE:Experienced with Structural, Mechanical, Piping scopes management and Engineering/Procurement/Vendor interface.Have a strong knowledge of OH&S responsibilities and the ability to implement them within an engineering design project.Knowledge of engineering processes and the ability to manage all aspects of delivery.Ability to compile technical documents clearly, concisely, logically, and accurately.Able to perform well under pressure.Effective time management and organisational skills.Excellent problem-solving skills.WHAT YOU'VE DONE BEFORE:+10 years' experience delivering whole of project in EPC environment. (minerals processing/ heavy industrial/ environment & sustainability).Knowledge of OH&S Legislation and responsibilities.Tertiary qualification in Engineering. Mechanical or Structural are preferred however all disciplines will be considered.Experience in one or more of the following:Materials Handling (Dry and/or Wet Process Plants)Infrastructure (Water, Waste Water and/or Fire Systems)Industrial (Chemical, gas, power and processing Systems)THE PERKS:Competitive Salary + superannuation + phone allowance + laptop on full time basis.Weekly pay cycles.Additional paid RDO per month!
