If you're passionate about making an impact, PARC Engineering is the place for you!About the Opportunity:In light of our recent expansion and growth, PARC Engineering are seeking a skilled Senior SMP Engineer to join our FIFO Project 2:1 Roster.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage SMP construction teams, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.Oversee the installation of tailings pipelines, valve stations, and associated civil/structural works.Coordinate the removal and installation of spigots and piping as per project schedule.Conduct and manage hydrotesting and commissioning activities, ensuring all systems meet required specifications.Interface with subcontractors and ensure seamless integration of civil and earthworks components.Provide on-site leadership for HSE, quality assurance, and project control activities.Manage project reporting, scheduling, and client communications.Requirements:Extensive experience in SMP engineering within the mining or heavy industrial sectors.Proven track record in managing complex pipeline and structural installations.Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors.Familiarity with hydrotesting, commissioning, and construction verification processes.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in client and stakeholder management.Ability to work effectively in remote locations and manage project logistics.Qualifications:Degree in Mechanical, Structural, or Civil Engineering.Professional Engineering registration (preferred).Certifications in project management, safety, and quality management (preferred).Career progression paths, learning and professional development opportunities Remuneration, Reward and Recognition ProgramsReferral and Sign on Incentive Program Support for you and your family through our Employee Assistant Program (EAP)The chance to join a growing company with a values driven culture where you can really make an impact. A bit about UsPARC Engineering are specialists in Structural, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical, and Instrumentation projects.
