Join a leading Tier 2 commercial builder with over 30 years of experience. Operating Nationally, they deliver major new build projects in Commercial, Residential, Government, Education, Health & Industrial.
With a recently awarded project in NSW they are looking to appoint a Senior Project Engineer.
Role & responsibilities:
Design management and coordination
Client coordination and liaison
Budget, estimating and reporting
Site Establishment and planning
Construction coordination and management
Requirements:
Construction Management/Building or equivalent
Previous experience working for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 builder
Proven industry experience on $50m+ projects
Previous experience managing sub contractors with programming, supervision and contracts administration.
Strong negotiating skills to implement contracts with sub contractors and suppliers to satisfy budgets, quality, safety and time requirements.
