Working for Symal Contractors as a Senior Project Engineer, you will help lead and deliver complex civil packages, predominately for Tier 1 & 2 building clients across Melbourne. Self-perform experience with a similar business is

Bringing your self-performing expertise to the team, you will aid in an efficient delivery process and one that is safe and on time.Your every day:
Coordinating and administering construction engineering activities to ensure that projects are delivered in accordance with plans, designs and specifications.Participating in monthly financial reviews and providing cost forecasts against budgets to understand cost to complete.Leading and supporting a strong safety culture.Managing the construction program and implementing mitigating measures to keep the program on track.Demonstrating financial management skills and commercial acumen when making decisions.Who are you?
Bachelors degree in civil engineering or project management.A proven track record of delivering infrastructure projects and leading teams with a successful outcome regarding the above KRA's.Effective communication with clients, consultants management & on-site personnel.Understanding of HSE/QA compliance.Ability to travel regionally when needed.Minimum of 6+ years' experience.A career with us
