Position Overview: As the Senior Project Engineer at All Energy, you will play a critical role from inception to completion.
You will provide technical guidance and expertise in the design, implementation and optimization.
You will implement and oversee quality control processes to ensure project deliverables meet established standards and conduct regular reviews and inspections.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and review technical designs and project plans.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and timelines.Provide innovative solutions for complex engineering challenges.Present progress updates, technical insights, and risk mitigation strategies to stakeholders.Conduct detailed reviews and inspections to ensure compliance with technical specifications and standards.Required Skills & Experience: Qualification in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field) with 5+ years in an engineering background preferably in the renewable energy industry.Strong technical background in renewable energy systems, project management, and engineering principles.Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.In-depth knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.Experience with budget management, resource allocation, and project planning.We are an equal-opportunity employer committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone is valued.
