We have an exciting opportunity for a

Senior Project Engineer

within our FUJIFILM IT Services division.
Reporting to the Technology Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of complex IT projects for clients across various industries.
This involves all stages of the project lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation and support.
You will manage the project utilizing technical expertise and solutions to meet the clients' needs and expectations while liaising with clients, stakeholders, vendors, and other internal and external parties to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple priorities.
Please note: We are open to candidates from Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane locations.
We have a hybrid work setup with flexible working options and the option of 2 days work from home.Key Responsibilities:

Contribute across all project phases including planning, analysis, design, development, and testing.Create and maintain technical documentation, including architectural diagrams, design documents, and guidelines, accurately representing the integration and serving as a reference for development teams.Provide subject matter expertise to the project scoping and architecture phases as part of the presales process.Manage and coordinate the delivery of IT projects for clients, ensuring they meet the agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality criteria.Monitor and report on the project progress, status, issues, and risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, vendors, and other internal and external parties, ensuring they are informed and engaged throughout the project.Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in IT, engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.5+ years of experience in IT project management, preferably in a managed services environment.Proven track record of delivering complex IT projects successfully, on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.Strong technical knowledge and skills in various IT domains, such as networking, cloud, security, infrastructure, software, etc.Knowledge and application of relevant Australian Privacy Standards.Certification in Microsoft Azure Cloud Infrastructure, Modern Workplace, Networking and/or Security discipline and project management methodologies, such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, etc., will be highly desirable.Proficient in using Microsoft Project or equivalent PMO toolsets.BENEFITS:
