Senior Project Engineer Required | BrisbaneAbout Degnan Group:Recognised as one of the most client-focused Australian owned construction companies for challenging infrastructure, we offer solutions based on collaboration and a commitment to excellence.Our people are smart, diverse, and energetic, driven to engineer project specific solutions.The success of our projects are the results of the collaborative efforts of our people, and our clients to build infrastructure for communities now and future generations.We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Engineer to join our business for projects in Brisbane.Reporting to the Project Manager - your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Client interface and engagement for work packages, including carrying out the works scope, scheduling and site compliance.Identify risks to health and safety for workers and public through SWMS, Special Processes and Corrective Actions.Assist in planning, scheduling and managing all aspects of minor civil and building works.Manage the onsite safety, environmental and quality and execution of associated workings involving:Managing and implementing of plans and scope of works.Working closely with Supervisors and Foreman to ensure work is being completed on time and to a suitable standard.To be considered for the role you will have:Civil Engineering Degree.Experience working on Rail focused Infrastructure project or building projects is preferred.Queensland Rail experience - Highly desirable.A stable career history with reputable contractors.A commitment to safety and health for all onsite.5+ years postgraduate Project Engineer experience minimum.Good communication and organisational skills.The ability to communicate across all levels of the business, including client interface.Long term relocation options to Brisbane with the business.Work for a business that takes care of its people.How to Apply:If you meet the above criteria, please click 'Apply Now' or call Stuart on '0455737222' for a confidential chat.
