You will oversee the subcontractor's deliverables and report to senior management on the performance of your scope of works. We will look to you to:Deliver projects in accordance with contractual obligations and company policies/proceduresDevelop and maintain relationships with internal & external stakeholdersLead & support a culture of Living Safely and oversee HSEQ complianceProject Management including programming/scheduling, contractual administration, procurement and technical aspectsFinancials including, monthly reviews, progress claims, cost valuations, budgets and forecastingHow you'll connect to the role: You have a Bachelor's in civil engineering and experience in project delivery across mid to large scale civil projects, with experience in pavements and road works. As this is a leadership role, you will need to bring a mentoring and coaching mindset to developing and growing your team's capability and productivity.
