What's on offer? You will have full project oversight for ensuring safety, cost, quality and time targets are met. You will oversee the subcontractor's deliverables and report to senior management on the performance of your scope of works. We will look to you to:
Deliver projects in accordance with contractual obligations and company policies/procedures; Develop and maintain relationships with internal & external stakeholders; Lead & support a culture of Living Safely and oversee HSEQ compliance; Project Management including programming/scheduling, contractual administration, procurement and technical aspects; Financials including monthly reviews, progress claims, cost valuations, budgets and forecasting. How you'll connect to the role: You have a Bachelor's in civil engineering and experience in project delivery across mid to large scale civil projects, with experience in pavements and road works. As this is a leadership role, you will need to bring a mentoring and coaching mindset to developing and growing your team's capability and productivity. Your advanced communication skills and extensive experience in liaising with subcontractors will see you succeed in this role.
