What's on offer?
We wish to complement our existing team with a Senior Project Engineer – Electrical for our growing Rouse Hill project team within our Fulton Hogan Utilities business. The project is for our client Sydney Water and includes a major upgrade to the existing treatment plant. The scope is multi-disciplinary with civil/structures/pipework/mechanical and electrical, so ideally candidates will have a range of experiences and be keen to learn and challenge themselves. In this role you'll be responsible for:

Working closely and collaboratively with our Design Team, Site Engineering, and Supervisory Team to deliver complex Electrical works safely, on time, and on budget.
Assisting with the development of contracts for sub-contractors, managing and approvals of variations, initiating and executing work to minimise cost ensuring they are in line with the forecasted revenue.
Design review, issue tender documents, procurement, expediting, site installation, and commissioning assistance of electrical packages.
Attending and participating in HAZOPs, SiD reviews, CHAIR's and other workshops as required.
Overseeing practical completion documentation.
Management of Design & Construct LV & HV electrical subcontractors.

How you'll connect to the role:

Relevant Tertiary Electrical Engineering Qualifications.
5-10 years' experience in Electrical Engineering role.
Experience on construction projects in water infrastructure, Water or Wastewater Treatment Plants (preferred).
Knowledge of project financial management, forecasting, procurement, design and contracts management functions.
An affinity for continuous improvement and innovation, applying learnings to 'real world' project delivery environments.
