Senior Project Engineer - $80 Mil Education Project - Western Sydney

Highly respected and busy Tier 3 builder are looking for a Senior Project Engineer to join the team working on a $80 mil Education project in Western Sydney.Work for a business that is winning continuous work and is very well respected in the government space.
Their main focus in terms of projects is in education, commercial, aged care, and healthcare.The company undertakes projects in a variety of sectors up to $90 mil.Responsibilities:Assist project managers with planning, scheduling, and budgeting.Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors for timely, cost-effective delivery.Ensure compliance with project specifications, contracts, and regulations.Prepare and maintain project documentation (schedules, contracts, change orders).Monitor progress and update managers on milestones and issues.Coordinate with team members to complete tasks on time and within budget.Track expenses and provide regular updates to managers.Identify and resolve issues, escalating to managers as needed.Requirements:Proven experience as a Senior Project Engineer on projects over $50 mil.Proven experience working for a Tier 1, 2, or 3 Builder within the Australian market.Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.3+ years of experience in project engineering within the construction industry.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.Detail-oriented with an analytical mindset.Reliable references.Experience working on commercial type projects within Australia.If you feel this is the job for you, please get in touch with Gaby Scott: 0466901687 / ******
