Your skills will be instrumental in designing and delivering cutting-edge solutions that enhance mobility, sustainability, and safety for millions of people. In this role, you'll:
Working as part of the Regional and Outer Metropolitan- Network & Assets team this role will see you lead a large team to plan and deliver a range of infrastructure projects, maintenance programs and contracts ensuring they are delivered on time, in budget and to the quality standard we demand. This role will see you manage detailed delivery planning and control for projects including review and analysis of project information to develop delivery plans and schedules that ensure safe, efficient and customer focused project and program delivery.
You will lead and inspire multi-disciplinary site teams by role modelling safety as the priority, collaborative behaviours to achieve the greater good for the community, You will also control the administration and delivery of contracts, and lead and manage the safe, efficient, and effective planning and delivery of projects and programs to ensure that they are completed to time, cost, quality, and scope.

You will be a strong leader with an engineering degree and a current driver's licence. You will have a solid understanding of road specifications relevant to Australian standards. You will also have broad experience in managing the planning and delivery of transport infrastructure projects and maintenance programs and with demonstrated knowledge and experience in project management, tendering procedures, contract administration and procurement of infrastructure contracts.
You will have excellent communication skills with a broad knowledge and experience in the technical aspects of materials, equipment and techniques used in road maintenance and construction projects. Management Experience---focussed in Project Management and Assets and Maintenance will be highly regarded. You will also have a current and valid Australian motor vehicle driver license and be willing to travel on occasion and occasionally work outside normal working hours.
This role is a fixed term position until 30th June 2025 based in Yennora-Sydney. The salary for this position is Project Engineer Level 3 ($139,285 --$ 152,216) per annum plus superannuation and leave loading.
