Key Responsibilities: Evaluate the current set of early stage project opportunities identified Assist in identifying new opportunities Monitor and cooperate with development partners to bring forward early stage developments Oversee and coordinate the activities of external consultants and internal team members to advance development opportunities Engage with relevant landowners and key stakeholders Conduct or coordinate site visits to support site evaluation, suitability, and due diligence efforts Requirements: Track-record working on Australian renewable energy projects during the pre-construction phase Experience identifying and evaluating greenfield sites Experience in environment and planning in NSW Experience securing land tenure for renewable energy projects Knowledge of the planning approval process as well as an understanding of the key regulatory and social requirements for renewable energy projects Proficient user of MS Office, and have experience with GIS software.
