You'll make a tangible impact on the people of NSW, using your finance and accounting skills to help build a sustainable and thriving transport network for generations to come.
In this role, you'll: Work as part of a team to provide expert financial analysis, modelling, and strategic recommendations to guide project costing and resource allocation within the Workplaces division of Transport for NSW.Ensure capital investments are prioritised in line with business objectives, budgets, and strategic goals, supporting the efficient use of resources across the division.Develop financial models to analyse project costs, including direct, indirect, operational, and capital expenditure.About you: Your extensive experience in financial analysis, costing and capital prioritisation within a project delivery context will help shape key decisions and drive outcomes within the Workplaces branch.
You will be able to work with a high degree of autonomy and have demonstrated experience in managing complex budgets and financial models, ideally within a construction or infrastructure environment.
Highly numerate with an analytical mindset, your experience of influencing and negotiating with key stakeholders will be critical to being successful in this role.
