Senior Project Coordinator - T2 Flagship Project

T1 - Project Coordinator - Healthcare / Hospital Exp Needed
For almost 30 years, this business has dominated the South Australian construction industry by repeatedly being a builder clients can trust.
This opportunity would suit an experienced project coordinator who feels it's time to join a company that will give them complete autonomy over the project they are working on while not spreading them thin on to another one.
This means it would be for someone who thinks they've got enough experience in their career to be confident in coordinating a project of around $30M—$50M without having to be micromanaged and instructed in what to do all the time.
Responsibilities:
Involved in the end-to-end delivery of the entire project.
Manage a $100M project running for around two years.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
Develop and implement scheduling, programming, and improvement strategies.
Exhibit strong negotiation skills and efficient time management.
Qualifications:
4 - 7 years of experience as a Senior Project Coordinator on Tier 3 projects of around $10M—$30M, or 3 - 4 years of experience as a Project Coordinator on Tier 2 projects worth around $30M—$50M.
Demonstrated ability to manage project responsibilities independently.
Strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
Benefits and Salary:
