Due to recently securing a number of high-level projects in their pipeline, they are now seeking an experienced Senior Project Coordinator to join their accomplished and supportive team. The business specialises across a wide range of industry sectors, including commercial apartment developments, education facilities, hospitality fit-outs, medium-density housing, residential apartment developments, retail refurbishments and community housing. The Role This opportunity will see you undertaking new challenges and broadening your project exposure, working across a broad range of sectors focusing on delivering a number of large-scale projects. As a Senior Project Coordinator, your duties and responsibilities will include: Responsibility for the full life-cycle project management including business case development, feasibility, planning, design and delivery of key projects. You will utilise your excellent communication skills to build and manage customer relationships, subcontractors and suppliers. You will work within a dedicated team towards the businesses ethos to create well-built, innovative infrastructure surrounding Adelaide. The Like Mind The successful candidate will have 3+ years of exposure in a similar role of a Senior Project Coordinator in the Australian Market. Previous experience mentoring a Contract Administrator or Junior professional will also be highly regarded. As a Senior Project Coordinator, you will have the confidence to take the next step in your career, working towards a Project Manager role within the business. You will possess great time management skills to ensure all projects are delivered according to budgets and timelines.
