Project: $25m Aged Care New BuildLocation: South East SuburbsSalary: $130K - $175K packageAbout the Company:Commercial Builder projects up to $100m across Multi Level Construction, Education, Aged Care, Sporting & Health and Office complexes. This builder has an excellent reputation in the Industry and has a pipeline of projects through until mid 2026.About the Project:Starting off on this New Build Aged Care, you will be joining a live environment project in the South East suburbs. This $25m New Build project will run for the next 14 months, with an experienced Project Manager, Contract Administrator and Site team to help support, upskill and develop into a Project Manager down the track.Responsibilities:Take on CA / PC responsibilities with the support of PMReport to a roaming PM and work alongside a fully equipped Site TeamContract Administration duties including forecasting, extensions of time and programmingPreparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, procurement of trades, and progress claims through to final accountsEnsure compliance with health and safetyCost management and financial reportingAssist in project/site coordinationRequirements:Demonstrated experience as Project Coordinator in the Construction IndustryExperience on Live Environment projects is desirableDriven, ambitious and a positive attitude to ConstructionAconex, Hammertech experienceUnlimited working rights in AustraliaContact:Reach out to Ryan Attard on 0431 767 838 or send an updated CV and Project list to ******
