About the Builder

My client is a Tier 3 commercial builder that works across education, high-rise, aged care, and residential projects up to $50mil. They currently have a project in South Melbourne that is requiring a Project Engineer.
Your new role

Reporting to your Project Manager and closely with other senior members, you will be in a team working across a $20mil aged-care project. There is an opportunity for this role to become full-time/permanent.
As a Senior Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following: Design implementation and management Short-term and long-term programming Assist with preparation of site construction budgets and reports Execution, quality control, safety officer, project planning, and contract administration Assisting with the management and coordination of sub-contractors on site Maintaining and building excellent relationships with all key stakeholders Site variation and design change For you to be successful: Must hold a degree in Engineering or Construction Management Must have more than 6 years' experience in a similar position Must have experience in the Victoria building market Experience in commercial new build projects will be highly regarded Excellent knowledge of subcontractors Excellent leadership, time management, and rapport-building skills Able to lead and drive a project forward to ensure completion is on time and within budget Benefits: The business empowers its people offering autonomy and ownership The business uses innovative technology enabling staff to work smarter Strong leadership with fantastic career opportunities Competitive hourly rate If you are interested in the above role, please contact Louise Aitken directly on 0410282419 or email your CV to #J-18808-Ljbffr
