(HEO7) $95,017 - $106,270 per annum plus an employer contribution of 17% superannuation applies. Full time, fixed term contact until 31 December 2025. Exciting opportunity to work within the Learning Enhancement and Innovation (LEI) team as a Senior Project Coordinator.
Reporting to the Project Manager, the Senior Project Coordinator manages, coordinates, and communicates the operational aspects of new and existing strategic programs.
The Senior Project Coordinator will work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure programs and courses are launched in achievement of partnership objectives.
Working under broad direction, you will work with other team leaders to assist workload planning to ensure timely development of deliverables in accordance with agreed milestones.
You will be responsible to provide project leadership to senior staff and stakeholders by providing considered advice and recommendations on intricate project matters.
To be successful you will need: Demonstrated project coordination experience with proven ability to independently manage new and ongoing projects.Ability to lead and manage staff in a small team, including mentoring and coaching.Ability to work independently and sustain high-level performance, determine priorities, be highly flexible and meet demanding deadlines in a time-sensitive environment.Experience in establishing and building effective networks and maintaining collaborative and consultative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Well-developed written communication skills and capacity to respond to enquiries autonomously.Well-developed project coordination skills, including proficiency in business management software e.g.
