About the OPPORTUNITY We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Controller to join our project based in either Williamtown, NSW or another location in Australia reporting to the AVSS Project Manager.
We embrace flexible work arrangements at BAE Systems Australia, such as working a 9-day fortnight and hybrid working.
Working across all aspects of budgets, schedules, and performance metrics for the F-35 maintenance team to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
You will be responsible for effectively communicating with stakeholders and using the company Earned Value Management (EVM) System.
Key responsibilities include: * Assist the project team in cost and schedule management.
* Provide expert assistance in the use of cost & schedule tools such as; Open Plan, Tableau, Primavera, Microsoft Project and Cobra.
* Manage the Tableau dashboard for the project.
* Manage the Baseline Change Reporting process for the project.
* Support delivery of internal and external project reporting * Provide EVM project reporting and analysis data to the project team on a monthly basis.
* May perform project finance and contract related functions with little or no direct supervision.
* Maintain the goodwill of the Customer and company management, by ensuring that our established EVM processes are carried out.
About YOU * Experience working as a Project Controller.
* Demonstrated schedule experience AND demonstrated cost experience is essential.
* Exposure and knowledge of Cobra, Tableau, OPP, and Microsoft excel software.
* Experience working within a team environment and applying problem solving skills.
* Demonstrate proven performance and progression as a CSA.
* Defence security clearance or eligibility to obtain.
* Eligibility to be cleared for International Traffic In Arms (ITAR) regulations.
