Join our Procurement team on a 18-month fixed term contract in Perth CBD, as a Senior Project Buyer. This position will be supporting some of the largest Signalling and Infrastructure projects across ANZ, providing efficient and secured tools for all internal and external-centric procurement activities. The Senior Project Buyer has strong experience managing the supplier selection process, creating supplier contracts and managing contract execution, as well as implementing the commodities strategy. Key Responsibilities Prepare and launch Request for Quotation with suppliers. Support global supplier panel relationship and lead project negotiation as per Australian Standards. Support commodity strategy and panel elaboration as well as consolidate the commodity needs and inputs. Manage specific supplier panel relationship (negotiation, specific agreement, local supplier QCDT performances). Qualifications, Skills and Experience: Strong experience defining procurement strategy and supporting make-or-buy decisions. Demonstrated experience leading negotiations and stakeholder engagement. Previous experience as Sourcing Specialist within maintenance or manufacturing environments. Solid knowledge of Procurement Australian Standards.
