Due to exponential growth and diversification of our business, we are building a new Design Division and looking for capable and driven Senior Architect to join!
Expectations of the role: Whilst reporting into the Design Manager, lead a team of technicians on projects ranging from $70M - $150M+ in valueProduce draft concept plans & working drawings for multi-rise residential projectsCoordinate with our Projects team, architects, consultants & external contractorsAssist in the management of the design team on your project, taking lead in upskilling and coordinating the teamKnowledge of construction detailingPreparation of CC documentationEnsure quality checks are completed at each stagePlay a role in the maintenance and storage of all Construction documentationClient liaising and relationship managementInterpreting needs and completing detailed design conceptsCompiling a review report on structural drawingsMinimum Requirements: Tertiary Qualification in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or relevant disciplineRevit experience is necessaryBuilding & Construction industry experience necessaryDA preparation to CC completion experience (desired but not essential)Organisational skills with a strong ability to multi taskExperience working on large scale residential construction projectsKnowledge of relevant Australian Standards & NCCOnly shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
