Job description: Role Description: The Senior Project Analyst role is a newly created opportunity in our Discovery and Partnering Team with regular travel between sites.
The purpose of the Project Analyst role is to co-ordinate and execute Technology and Business Services (TBS) Initiatives for Synergy that contribute to the overall delivery of Synergy's corporate strategy.
Job responsibilities: Define initiative objectives, requirements, prioritisation, KPIs and deliverables.
Complete analysis and estimation activities to ensure clarity and alignment on business value and outcomes.
Plan, execute, and deliver TBS initiatives within scope, budget, and timeline.
Lead cross-functional initiatives, prioritise tasks and coordinate with other TBS members to deliver tasks.
Ensure timely management and submission of accurate initiative documentation and reporting.
What you will bring: Extensive experience in project management and business analysis or associated field.
Experience liaising between IT teams and business stakeholders, gathering, validating, and documenting business requirements.
Identifying issues, risks, and benefits of existing and proposed solutions.
Delivering projects, in a dynamic environment.
Strong knowledge of business and data analysis, elicitation, project management tools and various delivery methodologies.
Extensive experience in planning and forecasting, managing stakeholder expectations, demonstrating strong communication skills, risk management, status reporting and ensuring the timely delivery of projects.
Previous site-based experience is preferred.
