Basic Job RequirementsWhat does that look like?
Responsible for logging and electronic filing of all project communicationsMaintaining organisation charts, training records, site access and contact listsMeeting attendance and minute taking, timeous issue thereafterMonthly report collation, ensuring leads submit information on time.Formatting of documents – to a high standard, using both Fluor and the client's templatesTravel arrangements for visits to site, through the client's preferred travel portal or Fluor'sEnsure team is equipped with the correct PPE for any given site visit, ordered and delivered on time.Function planning for project team i.e.
sundowners / lunches / workshop – strictly adhering to Fluor's guidelines and approval requirementsOther Job RequirementsAbout You:
