Role Description: The Project Administer will be a full-time role based out of our Bathurst office. You will be responsible for, but not limited to:
General project administration tasks. Oversee daily administrative operations for the project. Delivering excellent customer service with customers and clients. Management of project-specific documents. Management of project budgets and forecasting. Providing project planning and organisation with the project team. Managing social media platforms and advertisement of the business. Qualifications: General administration and administrative assistant skills. Strong communication and customer service skills. Excellent organisational skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Attention to detail and accuracy in work. Experience with Microsoft Office suite. Highly desirable rail construction experience. Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 – $180,000.00 per year
