Duties and Responsibilities: You are a professional who creates clear and concise documentation for software and technology products or services. You are an expert in researching and gathering technical information from subject matter experts, developers and other sources and translate it into user-friendly guides, manuals, tutorials, FAQs and other types of documents. You will be responsible for translating multiple technical documents for non-technical stakeholders. To be successful in this role, you will come from a technical writing background and ideally have exposure to the government, engineering, or technology industries. You will have experience producing documentation around industry standards and are proficient with Visio, PowerPoint, and Paint (or other image software) for image manipulation and reproduction of diagrams. Qualifications and skills: You have an experience developing technical documentation is clear, concise, and consistent with the relevant standards and guidelines. Experience collaborating with subject matter experts, engineers, or other stakeholders to gather and verify information for your technical documentation. Experience in developing documentation for Azure environments and on-premises infrastructure. Experience using different tools and technologies to create, format, and publish your technical documentation. Demonstrate proficiency with one or more of these tools and technologies by providing a sample of your work or a brief description of how you used them.
