HETI is looking for a dedicated allied health professional to join the allied health team and play a significant role in the planning, developing, designing, delivering, coordinating, reviewing and evaluating evidence based educational materials, courses and programs, in partnership with key agencies for the NSW Health allied health workforce.
We are seeking someone who brings their passion for education to the role and demonstrates the ability to think strategically, manage relationships and competing priorities within a complex health environment.
This position reports to the Senior Program Manager – Allied Health.

The role is based in Sydney at 1 Reserve Road, St Leonards in a modern, purpose-built 5 star rated green campus that is well serviced by public transport and access to public parking.

What you will be doing The position works across the breadth of 23 allied health professions.
The Allied Health team offers unique programs, resources, education and training designed for these specialised professions to support the delivery of high-quality, interprofessional, safe, patient-centred care.
You will bring your clinical background and strong educational expertise, as well as project management, collaboration, influencing and problem-solving skills to achieve high quality project outcomes and contribute to attainment of HETI objectives.
In this role you will: design, develop, and implement HETI educational resources, training, and eLearning for the allied health professions that is aligned to subject matter expertise which contributes to optimal levels of learning outcomes and learner engagement establish and sustain collaborative partnerships and effective relationships with key stakeholder across NSW Health including the Ministry of Health, Local Health Districts and Specialty Health Networks, and other NSW Health Pillars and Community Organisations as required to inform state-wide training materials deliver high quality project management using advanced management skills, including producing professional project documentation, implementation plans, reports, briefs and related material and analyse, research, resolve and/or escalate any issues related to assigned programs and projects to ensure outcomes are achieved.
