The Opportunity  Bring your  experience and proven track record of delivering, to the Senior Program Manager (SPM) role.
This role has co- ownership of the program of work with the SPM  Innovation, and the opportunity to make an impact.
What you'll do  You'll lead and develop a high-performing team responsible for the successful delivery of 80-100  360 programs focusing on construction  Build the capability, ensuring we meet our safety, quality, cost and time objectives.
Build a multiskilled team who drive projects from inception to rollout understanding both business and construction requirements Ensure the teams have sufficient engagements prior to deployments and during deployment minimise disruptions to our operation.
Establish and maintain robust program delivery governance and processes, ensuring adherence to best practices and compliance Foster strong relationships with leaders across various functions, effectively communicating program delivery plans and performance updates to support teams and senior executives.
What you'll bring  You'll be an experienced Program Manager with at least 3-5 years of program & people leadership experience focusing on transformation, innovation, ideally in a retail environment.
Demonstrated experience building  capabilities in project & construction Advanced communication and influencing skills, able to work across stakeholder groups  in a large scale environment.
