Senior Program Manager, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion About us:

What we are looking for:
A Senior Manager to help grow Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives across various units.
The role will also work with stakeholders to lift diverse representation across all units.

Essential skills/experience:
The ideal candidate will have a background in delivering people/HR programs, with strong stakeholder management skills.
At least 3 years previous DEI/HR program delivery experience Extensive stakeholder management and influencing skills High business acumen Proven experience achieving gender diverse targets and/or behavioural change initiatives – Highly desirable Excellent communication skills PLEASE NOTE: Only short-listed candidates will be contacted.
