Your NewRole The primary purposeof this tole is to coordinator, lead, mentor QPS Officers and YouthSupport Officers in the effective delivery of the Booyah Program(including Framing the Future), while ensuring high-qualitydelivery and learning outcomes of the Booyah Training. The SeniorProgram Coordinator will also work with the Project Booyah StateTeam to build positive relationships with educational bodies andother stakeholders to promote the Booyah Program participation andengagement. AboutYou • Tertiary qualification and/or at least 3 years industryexperience in a relevant field such as community service, youthwork, outdoor education, behaviour management, education, youth andcommunity development, human services or similar;
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, orequivalent
• Ability to effectively supervise and develop staff andvolunteers
• Holda current drivers' licence or a light rigid driver's licence,and a Restricted Drivers' Authority (or ability toobtain)
Please note:Working With Children Check (Blue Card) No Card, No Start andRestricted Person legislation applies. All PCYC employees arerequired to complete a National Police Check uponcommencement.
