A great opportunity for an experienced Senior Program Analyst Officer to join this busy team for a 12-month assignment.
About the role: Assist in the development and implementation of directorate strategies.
Work on team's workflow activities and streamline tasks to improve efficiency.
Have a hands-on approach to guide and support the team.
Facilitate team meetings and manage team kanban board.
Lead and guide a small team of officers & coordinators to ensure the successful execution of Scheme Digital Platform branch's resourcing and costing.
Ensure a smooth onboarding process for newcomers, ensuring equipment, access and adequate training are provided.
Serve as a communication link between team members and other stakeholders in the Scheme Digital Platforms branch.
Schedule & organise project meetings/workshops with both internal and external stakeholders.
Safeguard directorate processes and documentation.
Assist in Scheme Digital Platforms branch procurement activities under Assistant Director guidance.
About you: You will have 4-6 years' experience working in a similar role.
You will demonstrate leadership skills and efficient team management.
You will demonstrate strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
You will demonstrate experience in hands-on resource management.
You will demonstrate well-developed communications skills.
You will demonstrate competency in Microsoft applications, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
