Department of Families, Fairness and HousingReporting to the Manager Client Systems Support, the position represents the operational divisions in the enhancement and maintenance of the Housing Integrated Information Program (HiiP) and ICCMS (CRIS/CRISSP) data system projects. In addition, the position is responsible for supporting the security access policy, systems auditing from a departmental perspective and, third tier support and subject matter expertise to Operational Divisions.ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE

Contribute to the full life cycle of projects to meet departmental objectives including:Assisting in research, analysis and implementation of projects based on defined outcomes and outputsSupporting the development and delivery of projects or sub-projects and their successful delivery and completion within resourcing, timeline and budget parametersContributing to the monitoring and evaluation of projects to ensure departmental objectives are metProvide effective support to service delivery sites in the implementation and use of client systems.Undertake system user acceptance testing and assess and action data fix requirements to ensure system maintenance.Please open the position description to read more.COVID-19 VACCINATIONThe department strongly recommends (but does not mandate) that employees maintain their COVID-19 vaccination status in accordance with current
