This role is integral to ensuring smooth production operations, meeting key KPIs like delivery in full on time (DIFOT), labour efficiency, and safety compliance.
You'll lead a team of 30+ and support the Production Manager in fostering a high-performing, efficient workplace.

Your Key Responsibilities Drive Operational Excellence : Plan and oversee daily production to meet quality and delivery targets while maintaining efficiency through Lean and 5S practices.
Lead and Develop the Team : Manage recruitment, training, and performance feedback to build a motivated and skilled team.
Ensure Compliance : Oversee WHS policies and maintain high safety and quality standards.
Customer Focus : Address feedback promptly and maintain customer satisfaction during peak periods.
Asset and Budget Management : Support budget planning and maintain company assets for long-term performance.
About You Experience : 18 months to 2 years managing teams of 30+ in a manufacturing or production environment.
Skills : Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities.
Knowledge : Exposure to Lean, 5S, or HACCP principles is desirable.
Work Style : Proactive, collaborative, and team-focused.
