Key Responsibilities Assess manufacturability of new products and recommend design and process improvements.Support production teams by providing technical expertise to minimise stoppages and meet targets.Conduct root cause analysis on failures and drive improvements in quality and process reliability.Collaborate with suppliers to evaluate and adopt advanced manufacturing processes.Perform product repairs and train technicians to enhance production capabilities.Lead the implementation of new products into production, ensuring quality and readiness.Contribute to the development of robust quality systems in alignment with organisational goals.Actively promote and enforce workplace safety standards.Desired Skills and Attributes Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electronics Engineering, with 10+ years' experience in a similar role.Expertise in manufacturing advanced mechanical and electronic technology products.Proficiency in supplier collaboration and management, including knowledge of PCBA, MEMs, optics, and related areas.Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, with attention to detail in documentation.Exceptional time management and ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.Solid knowledge of WHS practices and a commitment to fostering a safe work culture.Demonstrated ability to adapt and thrive in a high-performance environment.Why Join?
