Your duties will include:Superior safety orientation and focused leadership in safe work practicesOptimisation of ore extractionResponsible for overseeing and approving drill and blast plans required to achieve weekly targetsAnalyse mine performance and identify variances to plans and value drivers according to Time Usage Model (TUM)Support Technical Services team to deliver accurate, safe, and cost-effective MOP and Life of Mine Plan (LOMP)Provide technical assistance to the operational team on setup of new areas/alterations to existing areasOversee and approve plans for service installations such as service holes, drain holes, refuge chamber installations, and pumping system advances to ensure decline/incline advance is safe and efficientYour Skills and ExperienceYou will come from a metalliferous underground mining environment.
