We're seeking experienced Product Owners based in Melbourne and Sydney who are eager to take on dynamic, high-impact roles where they can drive real business and digital transformation. In this role, you'll lead major programs, modernising legacy systems and introducing innovative, customer-focused solutions across various industries, including government, health, banking and finance, retail, utilities, and consumer goods and services. Experience in any of these sectors is highly valued, as well as strong business acumen and a talent for end-customer journey mapping.As a Product Owner with Alchemy Solutions, you'll play a critical role in shaping and executing transformative projects. You'll be responsible for establishing clear product visions and strategies, collaborating with diverse stakeholders, and delivering solutions that align with both market trends and customer needs. This role requires a strong command of product lifecycle management, from market analysis to go-to-market strategies, financial oversight, and compliance.Key accountabilities of the roleDrive business and digital transformation: Lead initiatives to modernise legacy technologies and implement innovative, customer-focused solutions for customer and employee engagement, fulfilment, billing and payments, insights and data solutions, and business transformation.Set product vision: Define a clear, scalable product roadmap that aligns with organisational goals, emphasising efficiency and customer satisfaction.Collaborate with stakeholders: Work with customers, technology teams, UX/UI designers, and legal to deliver market-aligned solutions that meet customer needs.Analyse market research and data: Perform market research, segment analysis, and develop business cases to validate product opportunities.Manage financials: Oversee budgeting, targets, and ROI to ensure sustainable, cost-effective product delivery.Execute go-to-market plans: Partner with sales and marketing for effective product launches and market success.Lead and mentor teams: Cultivate a growth-oriented culture and guide product managers in continuous improvement.Ensure compliance: Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain industry standards and regulatory compliance.What you will bring to the roleProduct management expertise: 5+ years managing product portfolios.Commercial acumen: Skilled in data analysis and sound financial decision-making in competitive markets.Strategic and analytical skills: Proficient in building business cases and setting product priorities.Transformational experience: Background in managing complex, fast-paced transformation projects.Leadership and team development: Proven ability to mentor and build high-performing, values-driven teams.Cross-functional collaboration: Experience in collaboration with technology, UX/UI design, and go-to-market teams to deliver cohesive, customer and employee-centric solutions.Customer focus and data insight: Passion for user-centered products, using data to optimise satisfaction.Effective communication: Clear articulation of complex ideas and proactive problem-solving across diverse stakeholders.This is an outstanding opportunity to join one of Australia's fastest-growing consulting firms.
