The Opportunity As a Senior Product Owner, you are the 'glue' between our customers, our business, and our delivery teams. You'll work with key stakeholders to ensure Bupa is building the right products and with our delivery teams to ensure we are building those products in the right way. The CaaS and RDS products serve internal teams at Bupa, so you will understand both our internal stakeholder needs, and Bupa's goals in order to represent these in the our Content-as-a-Service (CaaS) product and service offerings. You will also mentor, coach and uplift an existing Product Owner in the squad. This role will deeply understand the skills and capabilities of the organisation, how they execute their work critical questions needing to be answered and as such the prioritisation of capability to enable evince-based decision making. You will be accountable in: Actively engaging with IO's, Squad leaders and Steam sponsors to understand their priorities and provide thought leadership on how the future state strategy can be achieved via CaaS.Analyse and defining business requirements into epics, features and user stories.Manage and prioritize any new Sitecore CMS builds to ensure benefits are maximized with available resources.Identify and outline any upgrades or strategic improvements to be considered as additional features or improvements.Work with the business stakeholders to leverage the key benefits from Sitecore CMS, and CaaS in general, and associated platforms/ concepts related to CaaS i.e. Workflow management, Data management, Visibility and reporting.Ongoing Prioritization of Production Incidents, Data Quality issues, and Process compliance.Assisting and mentoring other Product Owners, providing guidance and advice, and ensuring consistency in methodology, practices, and approach.Creating, prioritising and maintaining the team backlog, defining release and sprint goals and answering questions to add detail to user stories.Working closely with business stakeholders to understand business drivers, considerations and necessary approvals.Working closely with data and analytics to capture customer behaviours and help informdecisions and product development.Contributing to ongoing product iteration, including management of small changes, bug fixes and optimisations, together with larger roadmap initiatives.About You To be considered for this role you will have: Experience in applying lean, human-centred design,agile methods&principles to solution design&delivery.Experience in and understanding of complex operational environments.Experience working in an Agile delivery environment as a Senior Product Owner including anunderstanding of incremental delivery of value.Experience working across multiple streams in a fast paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.Organised and planned: youcan prioritise effectively to maintain a manageable workload for teams.Ownership and accountability: you have a strong ability to resolve complex problems, working throughsituations and opportunities.Excellent client relationship / stakeholder management skills with strong ability to extract / elicitrequirements / problems in customer experiences.Good understanding of varying methods for capturing and documenting requirements / user stories.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to assess the impact of implementing change on other areas of business.Proven facilitation skills.Demonstrable ability to deal with ambiguity.Strong business acumen, you understand the bigger picture and can communicate effectively tostakeholders at all levels.What's in it for you As well as a competitive salary, a range of Bupa benefits and flexible working/work from home arrangements, you'll be encouraged to innovate.
