They are now looking for a Senior Product Owner to join them on a 6 month contract to deliver value in a key product area. Driven by outcome over output, you will work closely with customers, Senior Product Managers and your leaders to develop solutions that deliver customer and business value.About the Role:As Senior Product Owner, you will work closely with a Senior Product Manager and be responsible for prioritising the roadmap according to the business strategy and objectives. Working within your product squad and with various stakeholders, you will be the primary point of contact as you refine processes and define areas for improvement, and set up the steps required for the product's next iteration. Collaborating with Design and Development teams, you will help define the solution, and drive its delivery.Key Responsibilities:Use research, insights and data to inform and iterate on the productPrioritise ideas and product improvements based on customer and business valueDrive the Agile methodology adaptation in the Product spaceSprint backlog prioritisation and the creation of users stories for development sprintsCommunicate to the delivery team with the product vision, communicating the business benefits of the product and features and taking them with you on the journeyWork closely with the Design team, to understand usability, work on story elaboration and provide guidance on acceptance criteriaWork with the Product Manager and the business to develop longer term vision and strategySupport the Product Manager with the creation of business cases for the development of new productsMonitor product outcomes, discover variances and propose necessary actionsManage the expectations of the senior stakeholders to maximise the product valueAbout You:5+ years experience as a Product Owner, ideally in a B2C environmentDemonstrated understanding of modern product discovery and delivery techniquesYou are passionate about discovery and product-led thinkingStrong understanding of Agile methodologies with experience documenting user journeys, writing user stories and working with Engineering to deliver digital productsExperience in performing analysis and developing and documenting requirements as user storiesGeneral understanding of data analytics and how to use data to make informed decisions that will drive customer engagement and revenue growthAn effective communicator, keeping in touch with the development team and internal and external stakeholdersA proven record of influencing cross-functional teams and great teamwork skillsFor more information on this exciting opportunity and others I have coming up in the Product Management space please text or email Olivia on 0468 918 176 / ******.#J-18808-Ljbffr
