PMM) to lead retention and loyalty initiatives for our innovative Fulfilment proposition. Working within a passionate growth team, you will drive customer engagement and sales growth by leveraging personalised marketing strategies. Your primary focus will be on increasing customer lifetime value, enhancing loyalty, and boosting shopping frequency through targeted CRM and RFM strategies.In this role, you will utilise customer insights and financial modelling to identify behaviours within CFC catchment areas, with the goal of accelerating retention and maximising sales from existing customers. You'll work to deepen customer relationships, activate retention levers, and promote key differentiators such as Flybuys, Coles Plus, and Coles Saver. You will also play a pivotal role in influencing the Trade Plan to reinforce trust and loyalty, while advancing our personalisation strategies to create an outstanding digital customer experience.You will alsoInfluence and rally teams to bring world-class products to market. You will be responsible for briefing the Marketing, Growth and Product teams to execute your Growth strategy.Oversee and guide the end-to-end delivery of your strategy and continually optimise it to ensure its success.Own the targeting strategy - This includes identifying best-fit customers and developing audiences to inform targeting efforts across Marketing, Product and CX.Own the positioning & messaging for your campaigns in line with the brand.Craft a compelling narrative to drive retention among your customers. In collaboration with marketing, you'll bring this narrative to life via compelling campaigns and optimised journeys.Partner with product and marketing teams to ensure to own and drive continued adoption and engagement of our product via retention initiatives.Source and analyse market and competitive insights, and translate these into actionable workstreams for customer-facing teams with the goal of increasing win-rates.Connect the dots between product, marketing and design. You'll have superb stakeholder management and be a world class communicator to ensure everyone knows what's launching, when and how.Develop and execute CRM/RFM strategies to drive growth and retention of existing customers.Use customer insights and financial modelling to inform marketing decisions and optimise retention efforts.Focus on increasing customer lifetime value through retention initiatives, aiming for five shops with online customers.Enhance shopping frequency by encouraging both primary and top-up shops, leveraging Coles' key offerings such as Flybuys, Coles Plus, and Coles Saver.Influence and collaborate on the Trade Plan to strengthen trust, loyalty, and repeat visits.Accelerate personalisation initiatives to deliver a superior digital customer experience.About You And Your Skills6+ years of product marketing experience (e.g. launching products, driving user growth, enabling sales, marketing & support teams, conducting competitor analysis and market research).3+ years operating within a retail/eCommerce environment (desirable).Experience operating within a complex environment.The ability to identify and forecast potential business problems/opportunities and identify appropriate ways to rectify/seize the opportunities and prioritize resources.Extensive experience running complex cross-functional GTM launches and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.Strong experience crafting compelling positioning & messaging that drives product awareness, adoption and growth.About The Recruitment ProcessWe're continuing to build a gender equitable team, and a culture that is just as diverse, inclusive and welcoming as the communities we serve.
