Working on a global SaaS product with a strong install base and broad prospects Hybrid work environment with the need for flexibility regarding out of hours work Work with a global customer base on new and existing product development Are you a seasoned Product Manager who enjoys working in a start-up style environment? In this role, you will work with the Head of Product and the broader SLT to influence the future direction of the product's development. Core focus areas for this role will be to elevate the voice of the customer as well as assisting in uplifting the product team's capabilities. Whilst this is a senior role due to the start-up nature of the company, you will need to be comfortable working as a hands-on contributor. In addition, as this company has a globally distributed team, you must have flexibility to meet the needs of this type of environment.
To make sparks fly you will have:
Proven experience as a Product Manager working in a high growth technology business Advanced product management skills including an understanding of UX and UI principles Experience in helping to uplift the voice of the customer within the Product Management function Experience in working directly with Software Engineering delivery teams as a Product Manager Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills Exceptional communication skills What makes this role shine?
