Senior Product Manager - Saas

Private Equity backed SaaS organisation in the health sector are looking for their first Product Manager to work closely with the Founders and CTO in taking this business through a period of high growth.

The ideal candidate will have experience being the "first" product manager in a startup SaaS business and able to build and evangelize the product management function, drive cross-functional collaboration, and be the voice of the customer. Given that this is the first product manager role in the organization, you will be a team of one at the onset.

Responsibilities:
Drive the product roadmap forward
Be the expert and SME on the products and the customer
Establish collaboration norms between product and cross-functional teams
Instill a data driven approach to drive accountablity and ownership of product success
Implement initial processes across the product management lifecycle

Candidates MUST have:
Direct experience running a product function in a mid-market technology business
Proven track record of product exection
Ability to make difficult prioritisation decisions
Highly effective communication skills
Deep understanding of the customer and customer obsessed approach
Data driven approach and experience using data to make informed decisions for the roadmap
Ability to instill and drive product management best practices
Ideally have experience working for a Private Equity owned business
Ideally have expereince in health or healthcare although this is not essential. (highly desirable)
